Does it matter?: a three-page resource inspired from “The Global Scout, Scouting for Nature and the Environment” by Frank Opie. Sometimes we know that we are ill, because it is obvious to us and others as well. Sometimes, it is not clear, and we need others to tell us. Sometimes it is hidden from all those involved. The same applies to the health of our planet. We tend to view problems from different perspectives, depending on our global vantage point. This handout can be used with young people or adults to show them how local issues abou environment are linked to global problems. |
