	Active Learning and Learning Styles - This six-page handout starts by reminding the difference made by Paulo Freire between Banking Education and Liberating Education and then presents and explains the concept of “learning wheels” and the various styles of learning.
	Multiple Intelligences - This two-page handout is an exercise enabling people to recognize whether they are word-smart (high verbal-linguistic intelligence), logic-smart (high logical-mathematical intelligence), picture-smart (high spatial intelligence), body-smart (high physical-kinaesthetic intelligence), music-smart (high musical intelligence), nature-smart (high natural intelligence), people-smart (high interpersonal intelligence), or self-smart (high intrapersonal intelligence). Educational programs should use the various kinds of intelligence. The question is not IF you are smart but HOW you are smart.
	Preparing a Learning Experience - This six-page handout explains that a learning session must be focused to a specific objective and involves three main stage : Opening, Exploring, Closing. This is based on learning cycles which comprise four phases : Be engaged in action (doing); Observe and reflect (reflecting); Discover or develop concepts (connecting); See how to implement new actions (deciding). On this basis educators and trainers can prepare active and motivating learning experiences.
	Designing an Educational Activity - This three-page handout proposes a template to design an educational activity : Educational domain; sub-domain; topic; context of work; recipients; proposal motivation; time; working environment; methodological approach; material and resources; general content; specific content; cross content; educational objectives; didactic objectives. This template gives a framework to develop an educational activity both in the context of non formal education and formal education.
	Personal Time Lines - A two-page active learning exercise enabling participants to: (1) see the past, present, and future as a continuum; (2) discover the idea of alternative future; (3) start thinking about their life plan.
	Personal Objectives & Plans - A seven-page exercise, following the previous handout and aimed at enabling participants: (1) set up their lifetime goals; (2) preparing a five-year plan, and finally (3) a year-1 plan.
