The Indaba-Network crowd funding system

When you want to launch a project of change, you are quickly facing the funding problems. To implement the activities that are necessary to achieve your objectives, you need money to organize meetings, send mail, buy equipment and tools, pay for transport, etc.

You should not just wait for donors’ good will. You need also to develop income generating activities to be financially autonomous and to make your project sustainable. However, in the launching phase, some financial support may be helpful and even indispensable.

Indaba-Network is poor and unable to financially support projects from its own means. We know, by experience, how it is frustrating to wait for grants. This is why we think that crowd funding system is the solution. Instead of receiving money from some rich donors, with the risk to become dependent from them, you mobilize a multitude of people, each of them giving  a small amount of money. This is also a way to demonstrate that power belongs to people, when it is united on common objectives.

Regularly, we present projects, , which deserve to be supported, to our members and our friends. Even very small funds can make a difference when you are adding them.
